As part of a new partnership between The Trussell Trust and Asda, we are delighted to announce the establishment of two new permanent collection points at Asda Kirkton and Asda Milton. We would like to extend a big thank you to each store’s Community Champion for their efforts in setting these up. Having these additional collection points will provide a more accessible location for people to be able to donate in the North and the East of the city.
Permanent collection points within supermarkets are one of the easiest ways to donate to the Foodbank. By simply adding an extra item or two to your regular shop, you will be helping us build supplies to ensure that no-one in Dundee goes hungry. We collect the donations from our supermarket collection points on a weekly basis. Each store’s security presence keeps a watchful eye over our collection points so you can have confidence should you decide to donate via these collection points.
