Caltech Donate New Van

25th October 2018

Back in June, our Foodbank van broke down back in June. Local firm Caltech Lifts loaned us one of their vans until we could secure a replacement. They have now offered us a van to keep permanently. As if this wasn’t good enough, they contacted MMautoservice who serviced the van and agreed to undertake all future services and MOTs free of charge. Caltech also paid to get our logo printed onto the van.

We cannot speak highly enough of the team down at Caltech who have really helped us out over a very busy summer and to be able to provide us with a new van on a permanent basis speaks volumes about the values and selflessness of this family-run firm. On behalf of all at Dundee Foodbank we’d like to express our sincere thanks to all at Caltech Lifts and MM Autoservice. This will enable us to continue to provide emergency food relief to individuals and families across Dundee experiencing a crisis situation.
