Regardless of the situation regarding Covid-19, Dundee Foodbank will continue to support and provide emergency food parcels to those in need. However, given the circumstances we find ourselves in, we have decided to temporarily suspend the red voucher system.
For an indefinite period of time, referrals will be accepted by phone call only. We have set up a dedicated line for this and all referrals should be made to 01382 690540. Once the referral has been processed over the phone, the client is then free to collect the parcel from any of our Foodbanks (depending on their opening hours, which can be found by clicking here).
However, we must insist that any client that reports any of the symptoms associated with Covid-19 not to collect the parcel under any circumstances. If a client is in a position of self-isolation and has no-one that can collect on their behalf then please let us know and we will discuss possibilities to ensure that they receive their food parcel.
